Safety and Health Policy

RCI LIME involved in manufacturing quicklime and hydrated lime will ensure as is practicable to the safety, health and welfare of all our employees and other persons other than RCI employees on dealing with the following:

  • To provide a safe working environment and without risks to health
  • To ensure safety and absence of risks to health in connection with the use or operation, handling, storage and transport within plants and other substance
  • To provide information, instruction, training and supervision as is necessary safety and health of the employees
  • To provide facilities and welfare to all employees

RCI Lime practises and complies with all the guidelines set by the Malaysian Government requirements:

  3. Occupational Safety & Health (USECHH) Regulations
  4. Occupational Safety & Health (CLASS) Regulations
  5. Occupational Safety & Health (NADOOPOD) Regulations

Besides that, with this in mind, as well as being a Responsible Corporate Citizen, much emphasis, time and budget is allocated in ensuring the plant is maintained to be safe at all times. In doing this we comply to the:
